What you can raise
- Content you believe is factually wrong, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes your copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Requests for correction, clarification, or removal of an article or of your name or photo.
- Concerns about how we collect or use your personal data, or requests to access, correct or erase it.
How to raise a grievance
Email the Grievance Officer with the subject line “Grievance”, and include:
- your name and a way to contact you;
- the link (URL) of the content concerned;
- what the problem is and, where relevant, the specific text or image;
- what you would like us to do (correct, clarify, remove or other);
- any supporting documents (for example, proof of ownership for a copyright complaint).
What happens next
We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. Where needed, we may temporarily restrict access to content while we review it. We will tell you the outcome and the reasons. For personal-data requests, we will respond within the time limits set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
